HOW WE DO IT

Productivity and reliability

By combining real-time data from sensors, IoT devices and MES integration with machine context, RedZone creates actionable insights. These insights support factory workers to understand why KPI’s are lagging.

KPI’s such as OEE, scrap, downtime, throughput, and labor efficiency can be visualized using AI enhanced dashboards like top-loss Pareto charts, and fishbone diagrams.

Kanban dashboards track and trace actions per root cause, and online work instructions provide direct support for more complex problems.

Embedded AI translates chats in real-time, so employees throughout the entire organization can directly communicate even if they don’t speak the same language. This means issues in the supply chain can be clarified and solved much faster and easier.

Factory workers can score mitigations on impact, cost and ease of implementation. This feedback creates a continuous improvement loop.

Production reliability through Operator Equipment Care

With the module “Operator Equipment Care”, factories can transfer Clean, Inspect, and Lubricate (CIL) tasks to operators, freeing up maintenance technicians, and preventing unplanned downtime. Equipment health reports allow production and maintenance to dig deeper on key reliability items including early defect detection (operator senses), service requests, breakdowns, CILs, and PMs.

Audits, Checklists, and Safety
